If we’ve sent you an invite to represent your organisation at a Stakeholder forum, then please feel free to pass the invite to a colleague if you can’t attend. However, if you’re invited to a training event, you won’t be able to pass the invite on to someone else.


Unless it’s in exceptional circumstances, we don’t register on a delegate’s behalf – this is because you need to provide personal information as part of the registration process, for example any dietary or accessibility requirements you have.

We don’t reimburse expenses for this type of event. You will need to pay your own travel and subsistence costs.
